Adding Emotion to Images

All photo applications rely on two primary functions. They provide image capturing and storage. We wanted to see if there was a better way to improve these elements.

Many photo apps rely on storing images by date. While efficient, it is not evocative. We wanted to create a photo app designed for creatives to browse images based on inspiration.

We first needed to define the user journey. Seeing the process, step by step, led us to the challenge. “How might we better documents the moments that fuel creative and artistic inspiration?” Once defined, we worked on the features and user aspects of the app. We then set out to do the App workflows for three main features (profile creation, image capturing, and search).

The team worked together in the ideation and research. This project was an exercise in the user journey and development of personas. This gave us an opportunity to develop prototypes and ideate solutions for an app.
