Over the past couple of years, I’ve developed an interest in meta-learning, or learning how to learn. This interest grew, in part, out of frustration. I’d read a book or article, make a few highlights and draw some conclusions. While I often felt like I had learned something, I would end up forgetting most of it. It became clear to me that reading alone was not enough.
